APS Closes Investigation on Cyberattack

No evidence of data compromised.

Two months ago, APS detected malicious activity in its network environment as a result of a cyber-attack. Upon discovery, we immediately initiated an investigation and notified law enforcement. APS worked with third-party specialists to investigate the source of this incident, confirm its impact on our systems, and to restore full functionality to our systems. At this time, we have completed the investigation and restored our critical systems to full functionality. A review of the evidence related to this incident did not identify unauthorized access to or exfiltration of any data on the APS systems. Accordingly, there was no compromise of data related to any individuals as a result of this incident.
