COVID and Flu Shot Clinics at APS Schools in October

The free clinics are open to students, families, and staff.

Vaccine Clinic Locations, Dates & Times  

• Oct. 20: La Cueva High School from 2-5 p.m. 
• Oct. 28: George I. Sanchez Collaborative Community School from 2-6 p.m. 
• Oct. 29: Eisenhower Middle School from 2-6 p.m. 

Drive-Through Flu Shots 

• Oct. 30: Valley High School from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. 

Booster Shots at Berna Facio 

Pfizer booster shots for those who are eligible will be provided twice a week at the Berna Facio Professional Development Center, 3315 Louisiana NE: 

• Tuesdays from 1-3:30 p.m. 
• Fridays from 8:30-11 a.m.  
• Make an appointment (choose Berna Facio as the site) 
• Bring your COVID-19 vaccination card 

What You Need to Know 

• No appointment necessary
• You may go to the clinic of your choice 
• Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are available
• Come get your first or second COVID shot. Some may qualify for a booster if they got both doses of the Pfizer vaccine at least 6 months ago. COVID-19 Booster Information (NMDOH)
• Students ages 12 and up are eligible for the COVID vaccine. Students don't need to be accompanied by a guardian as long as they have a signed consent form.
