The APS Web Team manages APS.edu, the employee Intranet, and the school websites. The APS Web Team is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We respond to requests within 3-5 business days due to staffing restrictions.
Additional Technical Support Options
- Visit ParentVUE/StudentVUE for system information and support.
- APS Employees can contact Student Information Systems for help with Synergy, SSRS, Online Registration (OLR) and ParentVue/StudentVue.
- Find password Reset information.
- Contact the Technology Service Desk for help with passwords, hardware, software, email, phones, networks, internet, Lawson and Synergy.
