Technology Service Desk

The Technology Service Desk answers questions about APS-supported computer software, hardware, wireless, networks, telephones and applications (Business Systems/Lawson, Student Information Systems/Synergy, and email).

Contact the Service Desk

Employee Self-Service Portal: use your employee ID (e.g. e123456) and APS email password to sign-in.

When contacting the Service Desk, please provide the following information:

  1. Your name, contact number, and email address
  2. If you are an employee –
  3. If you are a student – Your Student ID number
  4. A brief description of the issues that you are experiencing

For hardware issues, please provide –

  • The type of computer you're using – Chromebook, Mac, or PC
  • Hardware model number, APS property number, Device Tag, or S/N information – located on the bottom of your APS Device on a white sticker.
