The Office of Equity and Engagement along with APS' Black Student Union clubs present "Rites of Passage: A Black Graduate Celebration" to commemorate and celebrate the accomplishments, memories, and triumphs of young Black/African American high school graduates in Albuquerque Public Schools.

The Office of Equity and Engagement along with APS' Black Student Union clubs  present "Rites of Passage: A Black Graduate Celebration" to commemorate and celebrate the accomplishments, memories, and triumphs of young Black/African American high school graduates in Albuquerque Public Schools. As students transition in their academic journey, we are honored to present each graduating senior with regalia to be worn during their school-based ceremonies that symbolizes their identity and achievement.
