What Sophia likes about school: I like school because of the opportunities to learn something new every day. I also like to hang out with my friends and participate in extracurricular activities.

Favorite subject: I really enjoy art. I love to be creative and learn new techniques to make different kinds of art. I also like science. Mrs. Maes and Mr. C teach me many new things that help me view the world differently.

Hobbies and activities: At school, I participate in the peer helpers program, the Community School Council Student Voices Group, and the Arts and Crafts club. I also played on the volleyball, basketball, and track teams. At home, I like to read books and am very creative with arts and crafts. I also enjoy playing with my brothers and our three dogs.
