Student of the Week

Nusenda Credit Union, in partnership with the APS Education Foundation, highlights an APS student each week.

A little about Ella’s school experience: “I have always loved school. I went to a small charter through middle school, Albuquerque High freshman year then came to Highland sophomore year. I have had a great time here and have had the privilege of being a part of many organizations.”

Favorite class: “My favorite course is mathematics. I’m taking AP Calculus this year which is probably my favorite class I have ever taken.”

Plans for the future: “I plan on going to UNM and possibly doing something in either engineering or law.”
