Ideas for the Student Handbook? Bring ‘em On

APS soliciting input on possible changes to document that governs student conduct.

Albuquerque Public Schools is seeking input for possible changes to the 2025-26 Handbook for Student Success. The document governs student conduct and touches on other important issues that affect students and families during their educational journeys.

The current Handbook for Student Success is available here.

The APS Service Center is interested in ideas and questions from students, families and the community. Suggested amendments or additions should relate to policies that directly affect students’ rights and responsibilities. They also should be general enough to apply to students in all APS schools and should not be school-specific.

The deadline for submitting suggested changes is May 12.
