Public Invited to Review Spanish Language Arts and Spanish For Heritage Speakers Instructional Materials

Teachers and members of the school community are invited to review and give input on proposed instructional materials for middle and high school students.

Albuquerque Public Schools is in the process of selecting instructional materials for Spanish Language Arts and Spanish for Heritage Speakers in grades 6-12. The materials will be used in the coming years.

Parents, guardians, family members, employees, teachers, and community members are invited to look at and give input on the materials that are being considered at the APS administrative offices, 6400 Uptown Blvd. NE. The sessions will be held at the Department of Language and Cultural Equity Multicultural Library, located in room 601 of the West Tower.

The materials will be available for review on the following dates:

• Wednesday, April 10, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Saturday, April 13, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• Thursday, April 18, 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
