Class of 2024 Graduation Ceremonies Set
Most APS seniors will graduate the week of May 20.
It’s never too early to start thinking about graduation, particularly if you’re a senior.
There are, after all, calendars to mark, parties to plan, and family and friends to inform.
Albuquerque Public Schools officials have finalized the graduation schedule for the class of 2024, and it has most APS seniors graduating the week of May 20. Of course, College & Career High School graduates will remain first in line for their diplomas. They will walk across the stage with their caps and gowns on April 26, more than three weeks before seniors at other APS high schools.
Students graduating from the 13 comprehensive high schools and eCADEMY will hold their 2024 commencements at Tingley Coliseum. Five of those ceremonies will be held at 9:30 a.m. to allow for three ceremonies a day
Ceremonies for the magnet schools will be held at the Berna Facio Professional Development Center.
Albuquerque High School will kick off the comprehensive high school graduations at 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 20. APS will host its final Class of 2024 graduation at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 24, when Valley High seniors get their diplomas.
