Become a School Bus Driver

• CDL training and license opportunity provided
• Paid in-classroom and behind-the-wheel training: $10.50/hour
• Upon obtaining CDL rate of pay: $17-$21.06/hour depending on years of driving experience
• Guarantee 6 hours/day minimum. Usual shift: 6 a.m.-9 a.m., then 1 p.m.-4 p.m.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays off
• Overtime is available with most routes, field trips, and activities
• Summer school routes available

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid state driver's license with appropriate designations
• Must be able to meet physical medical requirements fingerprints and background check, and ability to meet the requirements of U.S. Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Regulations
