APS is Strictly Limiting Public Access to Offices, Schools

The best way to reach us is by email or phone.

ALERT: Effective immediately to allow for social distancing as recommended by public health officials:

  • Some essential APS employees are working during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, however, we are strictly limiting visits to our schools and offices, including the APS administration building (City Center).
  • We ask that you conduct business by email or phone. We have listed several important contacts below. While we will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible, please keep in mind that we are working with a skeleton crew.
  • The best way to reach us is by email. You can search for employee emails on our Contact Page.
  • You can also find Department and School contact information on their webpages.
  • If your issue doesn't need immediate attention, we ask that you please wait to contact us until the emergency subsides.
  • The APS Background and Fingerprinting Department is closed, which means new hires and volunteers are on hold while schools are closed. Exceptions may be made for critical positions on a case-by-case basis.

APS Still Accepting Deliveries

Please contact the school or department to make arrangements.

APS schools and departments are continuing to accept deliveries from shipping carriers including UPS, FedEX and USPS despite the statewide closing of schools.

Vendors and shippers are encouraged to communicate with schools and departments to arrange and confirm delivery dates and times.
