Bel-Air Celebrates with Peter Piper Pizza

The elementary school won $500 for having the best attendance at the restaurant's costume party fundraiser for the APS Education Foundation.

Bel –Air won the best attendance award given by Peter Piper Pizza, which included a check in the amount of $500.

The staff and faculty at Bel-Air were surprised when Chris Perez, field marketing specialist, and Jessica Drew, assistant manager from Peter Piper Pizza presented a large check to librarian Susan Rosprim and Principal Lisa Grusy at their recent staff meeting.

On Oct. 24, Peter Piper Pizza held their first annual costume party fundraiser for the APS Education Foundation and in addition the elementary school that had the best attendance at this event would receive $500 donation from Peter Piper Pizza.

“Bel-Air sure did have a great showing, thanks to their librarian Susan who really campaigned and got the students there,” said Perez.

"Peter Piper Pizza has been a great supporter of APS and we appreciate their partnership," said the Foundation's Shannon Barnhill. "Congratulations Bel-Air and thank you Peter Piper Pizza for your continued support."
