AHA Students Collect Items for Ukrainian Refugees

Atrisco Heritage Academy partnered with a local humanitarian organization to collect food and other items for Ukrainian families displaced by the war in their country.

The Student Council and social studies classes at Atrisco Heritage Academy High School recently collaborated with the Ukrainian Americans of New Mexico to host a food drive for Ukrainians forced to flee their war-torn country.

Students, staff, and the AHA community donated nearly 3,800 items including canned goods, toiletries, pet food, clothing, and more.
