Kelly Education Now Hiring Subs for APS
The purpose of the partnership is to ensure district classrooms are staffed by qualified substitute teachers.
Albuquerque Public Schools is pleased to partner with Kelly Education, a leading provider of substitute teachers. Kelly Education manages our substitute teacher program as of October 14, 2019.
Kelly Education also is managing substitute educational assistants.
As Kelly employees, substitutes will make the same hourly wage, ranging from $10.50 for educational assistants to $18 for substitute teachers who are certified or retired teachers. They will also have access to health benefits, professional development courses, a variety of online training, summer employment options, and much more. (APS hourly employees aren’t eligible for benefits.)
