Apply Now for Free or Reduced-Price Meals

Online application provides easy step by step directions in English and Spanish.

Families of students who will attend any of the following schools in the 2020-2021 school year need to fill out the Free or Reduced Meal Application to be eligible for meals at reduced or no cost:

Only one application is needed per family, even when children attend different APS schools. Applications need to be filled out every year.


Community Eligibility Provision Schools 

Students who attend all other APS schools, identified as Community Eligibility Provision Schools, are eligible to receive free breakfast and lunch at no charge.

Grab and Go Lunches

The 2020-2021 school year is scheduled to begin with a hybrid model in which students rotate between in-person and distance learning to limit the number of students in school buildings and allow for social distancing.

During distance learning, APS will provide grab and go lunches at no charge to students who qualify or who attend any of the Community Eligibility Provision Schools. Distribution times and sites are yet to be determined.  

Free and Reduced-Meal Application

While you can fill out the Free and Reduced Meal Application at any time, families are encouraged to complete it by mid-September.  

The online application also is available through the APS breakfast and lunch menu mobile app, YumYummi, which you can download from Google Play or iTunes App Store. For more information, visit School Menus and Prices.

For students who don't qualify, online prepayments for meals can be made at MySchoolBucks. There is a small fee associated with this service.
