The 'Ice Bucket Challenge' has raised an impressive amount of money and awareness for motor neuron diseases like Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). In just one month, the ALS Association has received $80m in donations.

Albuquerque Public schools staff, students and administrators have now joined in on the good-natured fun, and created videos to aid this worthy cause.

Videos and pictures have been received from all over the district including Valley High School, Cibola HS, Rio Grande HS, Eldorado HS, and Atrisco Heritage Academy, and Desert Ridge Middle School. Students are challenging other students, raising funds for ALS, and raising community awareness -- all the while, having some good-natured, cold, fun.

Below is a video that was submitted by the Washington Middle School 'film kids' for the Ice Bucket Challenge.
