APS captured $188,201 in PNM rebates in 2015-16

New energy saving measures and programs do not just save energy and utility costs, but financial rewards are also realized — a trifecta win! PNM awarded the rebates for a number of initiatives that included energy efficient lighting and HVAC installed in new construction; Energy Star refrigeration and food service equipment; prescriptive and custom retrofits (upgrades) of interior and exterior lighting in existing buildings; installed occupancy sensors; custom high efficiency HVAC equipment in existing facilities; variable speed drives for electric motors; and other measures.
