On-Line Interpretation Request Form Guidelines

How to submit the Interpretation Request form online.

We provide remote interpretation services in any language. Submit the Interpretation Request Form (DOC) via email or fill out the form on-line. Be sure to include the meeting link, PIN and phone number.

How to Submit the Online Form

Step 1

  1. Visit the Interpretation Request Online Form. Only APS employees can fill request interpretation services using this form.
  2. Login in to the online form using the account name "Inter".
  3. Leave the password field blank.
  4. Finally, click the "OK" button. After you click the "OK" button, you will be redirected to the Interpretation Services Request Details webpage.

Step 2

  1. Enter your employee id number, for example, 123456. You do not need to include the "e".
  2. Choose the type of meeting. 
    • Student Meeting (IEP, PTC, SAT, Hearing, etc.) – be sure to include the meeting link, PIN, phone number, and parent contact information.
    • School/APS Community Meeting (Board of Education, Open House, Workshop, etc.).
    • On Demand Phone Interpretation (Emergencies, quick information call).
  3. After you choose the meeting type, you will be directed to page 2 of the request. You will be asked to provide the following information when requesting interpretation services:
    • School for the meeting location – Name, Location Code, Zone
    • Contact person and phone number with extension
    • Department
    • Meeting type and information. If the request is for a Community Meeting include the date and time of meeting.
    • Interpretation Language
  4. After you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
