Canceling or Changing an Interpretation Service Request
Canceling on the same day as the meeting or event
If, after having secured an interpreter, you need to cancel the service, please contact our office by phone at (505) 881-9429, extension 80070, or by email at translate@aps.edu as soon as possible.
When canceling please provide the following information:
- Your name
- Telephone number
- School or department
- Date and time of appointment
- Student’s name
If you prefer to talk to someone in the office rather than leave a message, try extensions 80071 or 80072.
Canceling or rescheduling an appointment one or more days before the meeting
If you need to cancel or reschedule more than one day before the scheduled date and time, you can call us or email the information to translate@aps.edu.
Please notify our office as soon as you are aware of a cancellation or reschedule. In your message, please provide:
- Your name
- Telephone number
- School or department
- Date and time of original appointment
- Date and time of rescheduled appointment
- Student’s Name
