Director: Network Operations

Accountable for a team who provides the development, enhancement, maintenance, and strategy of the entire district's technology network. This role provides oversight and evaluation on large vendor installations, including ensuring quality of the implementation and that it meets the requirements and standards of the contract in a holistic manner in the technology ecosystems and thus takes on liability for those projects.

Accountable for a team of systems administration staff who provide monitoring, troubleshooting, and first-level maintenance of information systems of moderate complexity in assigned organizational areas.

Director: Network Infrastructure

This role is accountable for the supervision of a team who provides the development, enhancement, and maintenance of district-wide networks. The physical health of our network infrastructure is critical to the overall efficiency observed by all stakeholders (students, faculty, and staff). Just as the design is crucial, without a team to manually own the physical security of our MDF's, IDF's, backup locations, and core Data Center we remain at risk of network failure.

Director: Technology Applications

Manage staff in the day-to-day operations for functional area(s) of responsibility. Responsible for hiring and retaining staff, career coaching, personal development for direct reports, and accountable for the performance of employees. Ensure work completion within schedule and constraints. Accountable for multiple applications and application development teams.

Technology Project Manager

Independently plan, manage and lead the execution of singular projects of medium size and/or level of complexity. Master of foundational project management disciplines, methods, and tools. Sufficient technology and programmatic domain knowledge to provide insightful planning, management, and oversight of project progress and results.
