Director of Student Support

Native American Community Academy is currently seeking to fill their open Director of Student Support position.

Job Overview

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Student Support Services will provide administrative leadership and coordination of the Student Support Services Department including prevention and wellness for K-12. Developing evidence based prevention programming, coordinate activities and implements strengths based substance abuse and mental health prevention services to youth and families at the Native American Community Academy.

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • coordination of all prevention programming including extracurricular prevention programing 
  • collaborating effectively with faculty and staff community outreach and recruitment activities 
  • grants management
  • develop and implement continuous quality improvement processes for all prevention and intervention programming including requirements concerning compliance and reporting
  • developing and producing marketing/PR and positive community norms materials
  • delivery of community prevention strategies to students and families
  • coordinating and implementing faculty and staff professional development on prevention topics
  • completing program documentation and record keeping and other duties as assigned

Required Skills

Masters level mental health clinician or social worker preferred will look at a combination of education and experience.
