Alice King Community School is seeking qualified applicants for the 2023/2024 school year for the following position: 6th & 7th Grade Humanities Teacher.

Responsibilities include teaching Humanities (English Language Arts & Social Studies) to 2 different groups of 6th/7th grade students each day, developing the curriculum, co-teaching with a special education teacher, and collaborating with colleagues.

Required Skills

Applicants must hold a current New Mexico teaching license (either Elementary K-8 OR Middle School) and be endorsed in BOTH Language Arts and Social Studies. TESOL Endorsement is preferred.
