Alice King Community School (AKCS) is a K-8 charter school with a focus on multiage inclusion classrooms, project-based learning, and social-emotional learning. AKCS has a 4-day student week.

AKCS is seeking qualified candidates for the following position for the 2023-2024 school year: Educational Assistant.

Duties include:

Assisting the classroom teacher
Working with students one-on-one and in small groups
Preparing materials
Supervising students during recess, lunch, etcetera

Required Skills

Educational Assistant and Substitute Teacher Licenses (licenses are not required before applying for position)
