This Public Hearing is for the Impact Aid (or Title VII) federal funding APS receives.

Funding is generated by students who live on Native American land (e.g., Laguna Pueblo, the Tohajiilee community) or students whose parents work on federal land (e.g., Kirtland AFB), who have completed and signed the Impact Aid questionnaire that was sent to their parents.

Tribal leaders from some of the New Mexico Pueblos and from the community of Tohajiilee (west of Albuquerque) are invited, as well as any parents whose child/ren generate this funding.
