2022 Open/Switch Enrollment Completely Online

Bye-bye paper! APS enrollment will be online using your Winocular-Workspace system.

Your open/switch enrollment is October 6-15. Benefit choices made during this time will be effective on January 1, 2022. 

The process will be completely online through the Winocular-WorkSpace system. This is the same place you go for annual contracts or employment paperwork.  This is a familiar system and it is very easy to navigate. We will not be accepting any paper documents.

• To help you through the process we are holding a webinar on Tuesday, Oct. 5th via Google Meet.

• The information session will also be recorded and available for on-demand viewing on the APS Employee Wellness YouTube Channel.

If you attend a webinar or view the tutorial and still need assistance, we will have laptop stations with Benefit Specialists available at the Employee Wellness Fair on Thursday, October 7 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 pm. at the Berna Facio Professional Development Center (southwest corner of Louisiana and Comanche NE).

This will be a mask-wearing, hand-sanitizing, socially distanced event! And still lots of fun!
