Community Crisis: Combating Opioid Addiction in New Mexico

Concerned citizens, victims of this epidemic, and family or friends who have had to endure this challenge are welcome to come and learn more about the opiate epidemic and the impact on our community:

  • Screening and discussion of the documentary "Chasing the Dragon: The Life of an Opiate Addict," a joint production of the FBI & DEA (recommended for ages 12 and up due to strong content)
  • Speak to experts and representatives from the U.S. Attorney's Office, FBI, DEA, healthcare professionals, and much more
  • Share your story
  • Hear from a diverse panel discussion
  • Learn what resources are available to support our community
  • A "drop box" for your unused prescriptions
