Selfless Senior Spotlight: Jesus Padilla

Meet Jesus Padilla, the 2022 Selfless Senior of Rio Grande High School.

“Hello, my name is Jesus Padilla and I am honored to be recognized as the 2022 Selfless Senior from Rio Grande High School. Even if I had not been recognized, I love to be supportive and help anyone in need when necessary. I am an outgoing, social and courteous person. I like to greet everyone with a hello, how are you, a wave, or just with a simple smile. Giving back to the community, working with the Junior Mentorship Program and Rio Grande High School’s agriculture programs and food insecurities brings me great joy. I feel that giving back to the community is my duty because I have a positive energy that can help make a difference, not only for myself but in someone else’s life.”
