Shipping OSHA Cards to Students

Where will my students’ cards be shipped?
OSHA cards are mailed to the Active Shipping Address for the group (or subgroup) in which a student earned their card. You can see what address is currently set for your group in the top right corner of your Manage Group page.
Group administrators will receive an email notification when cards have been shipped to members of their group. This means that when a student’s OSHA card is shipped, all administrators (teachers) will receive a notification of shipment.
Where can I edit the shipping address for my group?
You can set and manage a group’s Active Shipping Address on the group’s Settings page. To get to the Settings page:

Navigate to the Manage Group page for that group

Click the Edit icon next to the shipping address in the Shipping Address Card
OR

Click the Settings button in the Group Detail Card

Scroll down to the Shipping Addresses Card
In the Shipping Address Card, you can see your Active Shipping Address, as well as other addresses in your Shipping Address Book. To set a new Active Shipping Address, click Set Active next to the address you’d like to use or click Add New Address and type in a new address.
When you set an Active Address, you’ll be able to select one of the three following options:

Apply ONLY to this group

Apply to this group and any subgroups that shared the same previous Active Address

Apply to this group and ALL subgroups
