JA Inspire is Junior Achievement (JA) of New Mexico's inaugural career exploration and development experience that brings the business community together with schools to induce young people to career opportunities in New Mexico.

Through JA Inspires' customized virtual platform your students will:

• Explore career pathways at local businesses
• Gain information on entry-level skills and requirements
• Access career readiness activities such as interview and resume prep!

Why JA Inspire in New Mexico

• Supplement upcoming State and career exploration and pathways requirements for students by providing them with an incredible virtual experience that is either self-guided or teacher facilitated.
• Increase student knowledge of local career pathways and pre-requirements needed for future success. Use this information to support participation in special programs, career technical education and out-of-school initiatives 
• Inspire and prepare the next generation for future success at New Mexican companies, colleges, and training programs 
• Reduce the exodus of New Mexico's best & brightest youth to companies and careers outside of this state.

How It Works 

1. Visit the JA Inspire page for FAQs and Exhibitor Information 
2. Register your students on the Program Registration Form 
3. Once you receive usernames and passwords for your students, login! 
4. Incorporate into lesson plans or as a standalone career exploration opportunity for your students to explore career pathways, training programs, and postsecondary education opportunities available  in New Mexico.
5. Complete the Post-Program Survey, provided by JA of NM, to let us know what you/your students have learned
