CE Meet and Confer: Management and Administrators

An effective working relationship between the superintendent and the district administrators is essential to the district’s successful operation. The Board of Education supports the "Meet and Confer" process, which is a collaborative problem-solving mechanism between senior management and district administrators. The "Meet and Confer" process is established allowing representatives of the Albuquerque Public Schools Principals Association (APSPA) and the Educational Administrators and Support Personnel Association (EASPA) to meet with the superintendent to discuss items of mutual concern and interest.
