Important Notice About Upcoming Meetings

In light of the Public Health Order due to the Covid-19 virus, APS is taking extra precautions with necessary meetings.  Effective April 7, 2021, Board of Education members will participate in the board meetings in person.  Meeting participants, including presenters, recognition guests, public forum speakers, and the public will continue to attend meetings virtually.  The agenda items will be kept to urgent business or those items needing approval to conduct district business.

The Board of Education Services Office is currently in the process of transitioning between agenda and archival services. The agendas and minutes for past meetings will not be available on the website until all of the links on the “Past Board Meetings” page are updated. 12:00 Noon - 1:30 PM.......Awards Luncheon (This includes presentation of LDP Awards: Leadership, Outstanding Leadership, Exemplary Awards; and the NMSBA Recognitions: Hall of Fame, 24-Year Service, Board Member of the Year, Board of Education of the Year - Lareg & Small)

1:30 - 4:30 PM..................Delegate Assembly (*This does not receive training credit as it is a business meeting of the organization - there will be reports of Finance, Nominations (including Officer Elections of Secretary Treasurer and Vice-President) and Resolutions)
