We look forward to hearing from educators who have a passion for teaching and a desire to inspire students. We are also seeking instructors with content and pedagogical expertise.
All applicants must have the appropriate license and endorsement from the NM Public Education Department or be willing to obtain them. Additional endorsements are a plus. All applicants must be United States citizens, as we are not able to hire those from other countries at this time.
PAY:
Teacher positions are full-time and eligible for a full benefits package. Pay is dependent on licensure level, education, and experience; and the pay range is $50,000 to $76,000 annually - plus any raise determined by the State of NM for 2025-26, if there is one.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for high school science subjects, as assigned.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
• Incorporate a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse student needs.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and enhance student learning experiences.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
