Staff and Community Partners Who Helped with the 2020 Census

Thirty-four people were recognized for their work to encourage participation in the 2020 Census.

The U.S. Census counts every person in the United States every ten years.  Thirty-four staff members and community partners helped to get the word out and encourage families to participate in the 2020 Census. From curriculum development to video design, from special face-to-face events to virtual Facebook live events, these APS staff and community partners did their best to get everyone counted!  The results of the Census will help decide how billions of federal dollars are spent over the next ten years and will be used to redraw legislative districts based on population.
