November Employees of the Month

Dana Ball, Gloria Larios, Kim McClintic, and Zanette Powdrell were recognized as November Employees of the Month.

Dana Ball is the New Mexico data, accountability, sustainability, and high achievement coordinator, otherwise known as the DASH coordinator. Her dedication, ability to jump in wherever needed, and willingness to go the extra mile shows in everything she does. Dana works to ensure that she is providing high-quality customer service and support to schools. She brings kindness and positivity to work each day.

Gloria Larios is the secretary at Washington Middle School. She covers all aspects of the front office for her school: registration, withdrawals, discipline, cumulative files and more. Gloria believes wholeheartedly that we are here to serve and she shows it. She is a team player and works to provide a positive first impression to all who connect with the front office. 

Kim McClintic is a counselor at Osuna Elementary School.  Kim is an integral part of the school and district.  She is loved by students and is always ready and willing to jump in to help anyone with grace and kindness.  On top of all of her regular duties, this year she has also stepped in to help with behavior redirection.  In addition, Kim is also part of the District Stress Management and Recovery Team.

Zanette Powdrell is an educational assistant at Taylor Middle School.  She is the lead district Social Emotional Support Services 2 Program educational assistant at Taylor and demonstrates the characteristics of a true leader.  Zanette’s strong skills and knowledge of behavior and behavior management helps her assist teachers with their planning and coordination of behavior management such as classroom organization and setup.
