Introducing Let's Talk: a new way to ask questions and get answers

Posted June 11, 2024, 12:00 AM. Updated June 29, 2024, 3:51 PM.

A message from incoming Superintendent Gabriella Blakey.

Dear APS Employees,

As many of you begin your much-deserved summer break, we are launching a new communications platform to make Albuquerque Public Schools more responsive to our students, families, community, and staff.

Let’s Talk is an online customer service tool that will make it easier for you and our families to ask questions, request information, or share feedback about district operations. Training is underway for APS staff, and we ask for your patience as we roll it out.

Let’s Talk is available 24/7 from your phone, computer, or tablet. It provides technology for internal, district-level staff that ensures you receive a timely, accurate response — every time.  Currently, Let’s Talk is available at the district level, but we will be launching it at schools in the near future.

Have a question about back-to-school or health and safety precautions? Looking for a tax document? Know a colleague who should be recognized for their hard work? Simply click the Let’s Talk button on APS.edu or go directly to the Let’s Talk page on our website. Then select a topic to start a conversation.

The incredible work we do at Albuquerque Public Schools would not be possible without your efforts. Our district’s success is because of you! I encourage you to use Let’s Talk to share your feedback, questions, and ideas to make us an even better place for our students, families, and staff.
