Biography:
Prior to coming to Albuquerque Public Schools, Todd worked at the largest secondary school district in California, which had over 40,000 secondary students and over 30,000 adult learners. In that position, he oversaw human resources, labor relations, risk management, and employee benefits. He has worked for public schools and municipal governments in Human Resources and Risk Management for over 15 years.
Before his work in the public sector, he worked in HR and Risk Management for a Fortune 500 company.
He was Administrator of the Year at his last school district and a Circle of Excellence Winner (employee of the year) – for a Fortune 500 company. Todd is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has served on the Board of Directors for risk management, benefits insurance pools, and nonprofits. He is passionate about his work and serving the students and staff at Albuquerque Public Schools
