Updating the "Contact Us" Page
How to update directory elements and updating the staff list on your public website.
Each time you activate or deactivate users in School Loop, the staff list page under the Contact Us section of the website must be updated. Here is how Webmasters can update the staff list on the public site:
- Log into School Loop.
- From your Portal page, click on Webmaster Center.
- Click on the Contact Us folder under Navigation Manager.
- Click the pencil icon above the directory element.
- Select / deselect the names of any added / deleted staff.
- Click Save & Exit.
- Repeat as necessary for additional directory elements.
- Publish the page.
