Updating Account Information

How to update your position title and phone number in School Loop.

Everyone has the ability to log in and change their own position title and phone number in School Loop.

  1. Log in to School Loop.
  2. From your Portal page, click on Settings at the top right of the screen.
  3. Update your position and/or phone number, and click Submit.

Updating Account Information (for Webmasters)

Webmasters can update position titles and phone numbers for any registered user. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to School Loop.
  2. From your Portal page, click User Management (located at the top left)
  3. Hover over the relevant account type (Teachers, Principals, Staff, Associates, APs, or System Admins) and select the first link to view the list of registered users under that account type.
  4. Click on the user's name to view their account information.
  5. Update position title / phone number and click Submit.
Note: teachers and staff who log in using their employee ID (e######) cannot change their listed name or email address in School Loop because the information is fed into the system from Lawson. Employees must contact the Employee Data Center to change their name or email address.
