Apply for a New School Website

If you're interested in getting a new school website, please have your technology coordinator or principal fill out this form.

The Web Team is working on a project to unify and standardize all the regular and alternative APS school websites throughout the district. The tool, School Loop, will enable APS to present a searchable, modern, and familiar website for every school in the district.

Migration Process

Schools can choose between two options for the migration process (click on the links to learn more about each option):

  1. Web Team Migration – Have the Web Team build your new website (with school support)
  2. DIY School Migration – Have the Tech Coordinator or Webmaster at your school build your new website (with Web Team support)

Please identify two webmasters for your school

Each school must identify two people who will have administrator permissions over the entire school website. Ideally, these people will be tech savvy internet users, and will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring that the school homepage is updated with new and important information
  • Helping train teachers and staff in the new tool
  • Helping provide support to teachers maintaining classroom sites and staff maintaining non-classroom pages
