Uploading and Linking to Documents
There are two ways to upload a document and link it to one of your pages:
Method One: Through Your File Cabinet
- Go to your File Cabinet, which is likely named "Our Files"

- Click the Add file button at the top of the page

- Now that the file is uploaded, right click on the View link and select Copy Shortcut (or Copy Link Location on a Mac).

- Now go back to the page where you want to refer to the document. Here, you'll give people a link to click to access the document, like this:
Download the Registration Form, fill it out on both sides, and return to Ms. Newton (L-22) or the front office. - Click the Edit page button at the top right.

- Type the text you want to serve as the link:
Download the Registration Form
- Click and drag to highlight the text you just typed, and click the Link link.

- Click the Web address tab on the left side of the screen, and place your cursor in the Link to this URL: field.

- Paste the link into to the Link to this URL: field by right-clicking and selecting Paste, or by pressing Ctrl + V on your keyboard.
- If you want the document to open in a new window when your visitor clicks on the link, check the Open this link in a new window checkbox.

- Click OK.
- Click Save on your page.

- Now test your new link. When you click the link, it should open your newly-uploaded document.
Method Two: As an Attachment to the Page
The other way is to add the file as an attachment to the page, and then link from the text of the page. This method will only work if your page can accept attachments.
- Scroll to the bottom of your page.
- If you see an Attachments area, click the Browse button next to the Attach a file: field.

- Upload the file.
- Once the file is uploaded, and is listed in the Attachments list at the bottom of the page, right click on the View link and select Copy Shortcut (or Copy Link Location on a Mac).

- Now scroll back up to the place on the page where you want to refer to the document. Here, you'll give people a link to click to access the document, like this:
Download the Registration Form, fill it out on both sides, and return to Ms. Newton (L-22) or the front office.

Additionally, you should see the link to the document in the Attachments section at the bottom of your page.
