Our Kids Save Lives

Nearly 20 percent of all blood donations in New Mexico come from high school students, according to United Blood Services. APS students donated more than 1,000 pints last year at school blood drives like the one held recently at Atrisco Heritage Academy. AHA students continued the generous tradition, donating 86 pints of blood during the school’s very first drive. Read more>>
