APS in partnership with Technology Integration Group (TIG) is excited to present three new courses for improved Promethean training.  The new trainings are a series of (4) hour classes, broken into three levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced for APS teachers, EA's, and long-term substitute teachers.

Training Descriptions

ACTIVOne:  Perfect for the first time user, Educational Assistants or Substitutes, ACTIVOne is an introduction to the basic tools for the beginner user and first time exposure to Promethean ACTIVinspire. Users will learn how to start using Promethean hardware and basics of a flipchart for their interactive classroom. Prerequisite: None

ACTIVTwo:  Great as a refresher course for those already using Promethean ACTIVinspire or for those wanting to do more with their interactive classroom. This training provides an intermediate level of ACTIVinspire training including review and introduction to math tools, browsers, sounds and videos. Prerequisite: Days 1 & 2 OR ACTIVOne

ACTIVThree:  This training is for experienced users seeking innovative ways to create flipcharts and implement a meaningful interactive classroom. ACTIVThree training will focus on making flipcharts more user friendly and interactive by integrating additional ACTIVinspire tools and outside resources. Prerequisites: Days 1 & 2 OR ACTIVOne & ACTIVTwo
