Registration Information 2016 summer school enrollment and registration is now CLOSED

Enrollment Tuition and Payment Summer Course Scheduling City Center

 

You are no longer able to enroll or schedule for 2016 High School Summer School.  Term 1 is over and Term 2 is now CLOSED.

  

 

Previous 2016 Summer School Enrollment Steps (No longer applicable)

  • Beginning Monday April 4th, 2016 APS student meets with high school counselor to determine courses needed. Together they fill out the Consultation Form
  • APS Counselor enrolls student into 2016 summer school
  • Counselor enters tuition fee(s) per course
  • Student receives copy of Student Fee Profile and Consultation Form
  • Student/Parent pays tuition online through ParentVue and SchoolPay.  **STUDENT IS NOT GUARANTEED THE COURSE(S) and WILL NOT BE REGISTERED INTO ANY COURSE(S) UNTIL TUITION IS PAID.**
  • Once tuition is paid, Summer School staff will register and schedule courses
  • Student will return to counselor to pick up summer course schedule.  
  • Schedules will also appear on ParentVue and StudentVue after June 5th.
Any parent/student unable to pay online can bring Student Fee Profile and Consultation Form to City Center Enrollment Events (see dates/times below). 
Non-APS, private, and APS Charter students may also attend City Center Enrollment Events.  Please bring something from your school that states what courses are needed (transcript or letter from counselor).
