Need a transcript?

If you are trying to get transcripts, first try contacting the school you graduated or withdrew from.

If the school no longer has your records, you can request copies from the District Imaging and Archive Center (DIAC).

You will need to provide the following information with your request:

  • Name (the name you went by while at school)
  • Date of birth
  • Student ID number (if known)
  • Date of graduation or withdrawal

Is there a charge?

There is no charge for requesting school transcripts from the District Imaging and Archive Center.

Need them mailed to you?

If you send a letter or fax to DIAC with all the necessary information and your signature, they will mail your transcripts to you.

If you pick them up in person, you will be required to show a valid picture ID.

Are they official transcripts?

With your request, you will be given 2 transcripts: one official transcript in a sealed envelope, and one unofficial transcripts for your own records.
