Welcome to the Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) Student Information Systems (SIS) website. SIS uses SchoolMAX software to house and maintain APS student information.

The SIS department is made up of four teams:

  • Functional Team- School support, communications, training coordination, data integrity
  • Technical (System Analyst) Team- Programming, Report building/customization
  • State Reporting and Accountability Team- Submission of state data, dropout/graduation rates
  • Complementary Systems Team - This team supports and develops ancillary systems such as AIMS/SchoolNet, Assessment capture and reporting, and much more.
