Going Paperless

By the middle of 2011, APS will phase out paper paycheck stubs. We're replacing paper paycheck stubs with this online solution.

Good news, APS Employees!

You are now able to log in and view your paycheck and leave information online instead of searching through your files for ancient paper paycheck stubs.

With the Lawson Employee Self Service (ESS) system, you can see your leave balances, your insurance provider information, beneficiary information, and more!

  • Who will be impacted by the change?
All APS Employees, including PC and Macintosh users
  • How will I access my online paycheck?
You'll be able to log in while you're inside the APS network, on any APS Windows PC (using Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8) or Macintosh OS 10 computer (using Firefox 4.0, which is available as a free download) with internet access to see your pay and benefit information.
  • How do I get there?
Using an APS computer, on a Windows PC with Internet Explorer version 6, 7, or 8, or a Macintosh OS 10 computer with Firefox 4.0, visit http://intranet.aps.edu/logons.html. Scroll down and click on Lawson. Use your email user name and password to log in.
