Sally Shepard, Matheson Park ES

Longtime Matheson Park Elementary teacher Sally Shepard is retiring. She began her teaching career at McCollum Elementary in October 1985. In 1986, she started teaching first grade at Matheson Park and became the Title I teacher in 2007, working with kindergarten to third grade students.

She is an energetic, caring teacher who has been devoted to helping children. Sally looks forward to spending lots of her leisure time pursuing her passion for hiking. As she often says, “The mountains are calling my name.”

Please join us in celebrating Sally’s retirement at 2 p.m., Friday, May 11, in the library at Matheson Park Elementary, 10809 Lexington Avenue NE.
