Roberta Davis-Carter, School Nurse, SY Jackson Elementary School

Happy Retirement!

Roberta Davis-Carter is retiring from APS after 30 years of service. She has worked at Comanche Elementary School, John Adams Middle School, Taylor Middle School, Mitchell Elementary School, Osuna Elementary School, Bellehaven Elementary School. Acoma Elementary School, Georgia O’Keeffe Elementary School, and Evening School. She has been at Jackson Elementary School for the last 14 years. In her retirement, she plans to learn French, read, travel, write screenplays and maybe even a book! School Nursing has been the best job in her career as a nurse. APS nursing services wish her the best in her new retirement adventures.

Hawthorne, Los Padillas and Whittier start school on July 30. The first day of school for eight elementaries that follow an alternative calendar is July 23.
