Peggy Werbner, Educational Diagnostician

— filed under:

May 24, 2012

Peggy started her career with APS as a special education teacher at S.Y. Jackson, teaching an early intervention K-1 program and both C and D level programs for four years. After earning a master's degree in learning disabilities and a diagnostic license, she became an educational diagnostician and worked first at North Region, then East Region, then the Del Norte cluster and the Northeast Diagnostic Center.  She has been with the district for 27 1/2 years and feels fortunate to have had a career she loves and to be able to work with wonderful people.

There will be an open house celebrating Peggy and her service to the district on Friday, June 8, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Northeast Diagnostic Center, 9500 Lexington Ave. NE (just to the west of Aztec Complex).
